1) ZOOM EVENT


The live action-packed event portion of Sell Books With Collabs runs from January 24-27, 2023.


Our event is held in the same Zoom room every day. Here's a high-level overview of each day's theme:


  • Day 1: Why Collabs Boost The Customer Journey


  • Presentations on this day should help the audience with things like LP design, sales funnel and welcome sequence tips, prepping swipe for collab partners, how collab partners help with the author's 'traffic problem', etc.


  • Day 2: How To Find, Qualify & Approach Promotional Partners


  • Presentations on this day should help the audience with things like networking etiquette, finding & qualifying prospective partners, maintaining connections, etc.


  • Day 3: What Types Of Partnerships Build Audiences


  • Presentations on this day should help the audience with things like list-building freebie swaps, anthologies, audience borrowing and lending, etc.


  • Day 4: Contributor Booths


  • Hang out in a Zoom room made just for you to talk to different groups of attendees in 12 minute batches


  • Bonus Evening Sessions


  • Includes fiction-, nonfiction-, and publisher-only sessions

2) FACEBOOK GROUP


For both non-paying registrants and VIP Pass holders, there will be a Facebook group for them to chat, ask us questions, and watch the event's live stream.


3) VIP PASS BONUSES


The VIP Pass will provide immense value to our attendees while bringing in affiliate commissions for you.


The VIP Pass includes:

B) Direct access to Zoom event

C) Bonus bundle


Let's expand on each of these. 😊


A. REPLAYS


Whereas non-paying registrants get 24hr replay access, VIP Pass holders get lifetime access.


B. DIRECT ACCESS TO ZOOM EVENT


Whereas non-paying registrants can watch the livestream of the event, VIP Pass holders can also attend it.


The more of the event that attendees are present for, the more partnerships they'll make and the more likely they'll win prizes ($20-$100 Amazon gift cards).


C. BONUS BUNDLE


Contributors who serve authors or publishers can add their products or services to the bonus bundle included in the VIP Pass.


Contributions fall into categories such as:


  • Collaborative co-creation, list-building, or networking
  • Creativity, writing & editing
  • Book design, production & distribution
  • Product design, production & distribution
  • Program design, production & distribution
  • Business development & leadership

And can take the form of:

Contributions will be available for attendees to claim from Jan 24-31.

PROMOTION & AFFILIATE DETAILS

The power of an online event like this comes from a group of experts and cheerleaders coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that benefits everyone involved.


PROMO MATERIALS


You'll get swipe files and suggested posting dates to use as is or tweak. You can start promoting the event as early as Dec 21.


AFFILIATE DETAILS

 

Your affiliate links will be tracked using 60-day first-cookie tracking, which means you will get commission on anyone you invited, even if they start off as a non-paying registrants and later upgrade to the VIP Pass with our own links.


The VIP Pass is $47 from Dec 21 to Jan 23, then $197 on Jan 24 and onward.


All affiliates will get:


  • 50% in commissions for every paying attendee they bring in
  • 25% in second-tier commissions for every paying attendee that the affiliates they referred to the program brings in
  • $250 on any post-event program sale


Affiliates will be paid by Feb 27 for non-refunded ticket sales, and Mar 27 for non-refunded program sales they bring in.


We encourage you to set up your affiliate account ASAP, especially if you plan on becoming a 2nd tier affiliate.
